200 grams Milk chocolate couveture
100 grams Puffed rice
200 grams mini Marshmallow
1 generous pinch Ground cinnamon
1 generous pinch Ground clove
1 generous pinch ground Cardamom

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the chocolate chop and melt in a heatproof bowl over a hot water bath. Remove from the heat, let cool slightly and stir in the puffed rice, the marshmallows and the spices.

2.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the mixture onto the paper and cool. Cut into small rectangles or squares and serve in a box.
