Sliced Pear and Blue Cheese Salad
for 4 servings
- 4 cups Baby spinach leaf
- 2 cups Arugula (leaves)
- ½ Radicchio (leaves)
- ½ bunch Chive
- 2 Pear (cored and sliced)
- ⅔ cup Gorgonzola (crumbled)
- 0.333 cup chopped Walnut
- 3 tablespoons Cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Walnut oil
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Place the salad leaves, chives and pear slices on serving plates.
Scatter over the walnuts and cheese.
Whisk together the vinegar, walnut and sunflower oils and honey. Season to taste with salt.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
