2 cups Celeriac (peeled and julienned)
2 Apple (cored and sliced)
2 tsps lemon juice
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
4 Herring (Bismarck)
fresh Dill (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the celeriac, apples and lemon juice.
2.
Mix together the yoghurt and the mayonnaise and season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Transfer the apple-celeriac mixture into glass jars, add the herring and top with the yoghurt mixture. Serve garnished with dill.
