250 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
150 grams cream cheese
100 milliliters Whipped cream
2 Tbsps Apple juice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Horseradish (from a jar)
salt
cayenne pepper
Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cut 50 g (approximately 2 ounces) of smoked salmon into strips. Puree the rest with the cream cheese, apple juice, lemon juice, and horseradish. Add in the sliced salmon. Season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Portion into glasses and garnish with the dill.

Serve with white bread, if desired.
