1 kilogram waxy potatoes
4 sprigs rosemary
1 tsp coarse Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Fill a clay pot with plenty of water. Rinse the potatoes and place in the pot. Strip the needles from a sprig of rosemary, mix with the salt and stir into the potatoes.

Cover the pot with a lid and cook at 240ºC (approximately 450ºF) for 60 minutes in the oven.

Transfer the potatoes to a plate and serve garnished with the remaining sprig of rosemary.
