½ whole lemon (zested and juiced)
10 ozs Arborio rice
2 cans Mandarin orange
3 ozs sour Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the milk with the sugar and the lemon zest, add the rice, cover and simmer about 30 minutes over medium heat.

Stir constantly. If the rice is still firm, add extra milk. Drain the mandarin oranges well. Stir the lemon juice and sour cream into the rice, season and divide among serving bowls. Serve garnished with the mandarin oranges.
