500 grams ground pork
4 garlic cloves
1 kaiser roll (From the day before)
1 egg
1 small red chili pepper (finely chopped)
salt
peppers (from the mill)
vegetable oil
5 Tbsps finely chopped fresh Coriander
1 bottle sweet and sour Chili sauce (from the Asialaden)
300 grams Rice noodles

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Minced knead with expressed bread, garlic, egg, chile and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Form many small meatballs. Heat 5 tablespoons oil in a pan and fry meatballs until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Put noodles in a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of chile sauce and top with meatballs. Serve immediately.
