500 grams Pork loin (ready to cook, trimmed)
2 Corn (cooked)
300 grams shallots
1 handful Fresh herbs (Parsley, thyme and rosemary)
5 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pork loin, pat dry and cut into 3 cm (approximately 1 1/4-inch) thick slices. Cut the corn into slices. Peel the shallots, halve and thread on pre-soaked wooden skewers alternating with the meat and the corn.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck and chop. Stir in the oil, season with salt and pepper and brush on the skewers. Cook on the preheated grill for about 10 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the remaining herb oil. Serve hot.
