Preparation steps

1.

Peel the pears, halve lengthwise, and remove the cores.

Heat the butter in a pan. Add the pear halves, and cook for 10 minutes, turning often. Mix in the honey, and coat the pears while turning. Remove the pears from the pan and place cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top the pears with the roquefort cheese. Roast the pears in a 220°C (approximately 430°F) oven for 5 minutes, until browned.
