14 ozs Spaghetti
4 Tuna steak (approx. 160g each)
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 ¼ cups button Mushrooms (sliced)
2 red peppers (one diced, one sliced)
2 yellow Bell pepper (one diced, one sliced)
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)
2 Tbsps Dill (chopped)
1 cup Parmesan (grated)
Basil (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the spaghetti in salt water according to the directions on the packet until al dente.
2.
Season the fish with salt and ground black pepper. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and grill for about 2 minutes on each side.
3.
Fry the mushrooms and pepper strips in 2 tbsp oil until golden brown. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
4.
In another large pan fry the garlic and diced pepper in the remaining oil. Add the lightly drained spaghetti, season with ground black pepper and mix in the herbs and the Parmesan.
5.
Serve the spaghetti on preheated plates and place the tuna on top. Add the mushrooms and vegetables and serve garnished with basil.
