400 grams Penne
500 grams cooked potatoes
250 grams Peas
200 grams Savoy cabbage
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
½ tsp Curry
3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
½ bunch chopped parsley
salt
cayenne pepper
chili peppers (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Prepare pasta according to package directions until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.

2.

Peel and dice potato.

3.

Blanch peas in salted water and drain. Rinse savoy cabbage, cut into strips, blanch, rinse and drain.

4.

Mix cream with curry, vinegar, some of the blanching water and parsley. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

5.

Mix noodles with vegetables and dressing.  Allow to sit, covered, for about 30 minutes. Remove cover, taste and serve garnished with chile pepper.
