3 Nectarine
2 organic Oranges
2 Tbsps lemon juice
400 grams Coconut milk
300 milliliters Whipped cream (at least 30% fat content)
120 milliliters milk
75 grams sugar
3 tsps cornstarch
50 milliliters Lime juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, quarter, core and cut apples into slices. Rinse, halve, remove pits and cut nectarines into wedges. With a sharp knife, cut off peel and bitter white pith from oranges. Cut oranges into thin slices. Cut the orange zest into thin strips. Mix all fruit with lemon juice.

In a saucepan, bring coconut milk, cream and milk to a boil. Sprinkle in sugar and stir until dissolved. Mix cornstarch with lime juice and stir into coconut milk mixture. Simmer over medium heat until thickened, 10-15 minutes.

3.

Pour coconut dipping sauce into a fondue pot and place on chafing dish. Spear fruit with fondue forks and dip in coconut dipping sauce.
