400 grams pre-packaged pizza dough mix
1 can Tomatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt
1 pinch sugar
½ tsp thyme
1 pinch marjoram
½ tsp oregano
1 pinch Instant broth
1 Zucchini
100 grams Cheese (Such as Gouda or Swiss)
fresh Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the pizza dough according to the package.

Purée the tomatoes, olive oil, spices and herbs. Season with salt, sugar and instant broth powder. Rinse the zucchini and cut into thin slices.

Grate the cheese or cut into small pieces.

Roll the pizza dough out onto a floured surface. Cut the dough into circles (using a glass or a biscuit cutter). Place onto the prepared baking sheet. Spoon tomato sauce onto each circle, leaving a small border. Top with 3-4 zucchini slices and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake the pizzas for about 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
