150 grams lamb's lettuce
175 grams red Grape
1 Apple
2 Tbsps Nut oil
3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsps Apple juice
1 Tbsp lingonberry (jar)

4 small Camembert (each about 100 g)

Preparation steps

For the salad ingredients: Rinse the lettuce thoroughly and spin dry. Rinse the grapes, pluck from stems and cut into quarters. Rinse the apple, cut into quarters, core and thinly slice. 

For the dressing: In a bowl, whisk the oil with the vinegar, apple juice and lingonberries, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Chop the nuts.

For the Camembert: Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Add the Camembert cheese and sear until soft, but not runny, about 2-3 minutes per side.

For serving: Divide the lettuce, apples, grapes and nuts between serving plates. Drizzle with the dressing. Place a Camembert wheel on top of each salad and serve immediately.
