450 grams green Shelled fava bean (fresh and thick)
4 small, new potatoes
100 grams lamb's lettuce
4 Anchovy fillet (In oil)
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Then drain, let cool and cut into small pieces.

2.

Blanch green beans in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, drain, rinse and allow to drain.

Rinse lettuce, trim and spin dry.

Drain anchovies, pat dry and chop.

5.

Mix vinegar with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Whisk in oil.

6.

Combine salad ingredients with the dressing and arrange on plates.
