For the vegetables
4 Bell pepper (yellow and red)
1 Zucchini
2 stalks Celery
½ bunch Sage
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps Vinegar

2 slices Toast
1 onion
1 garlic clove
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
600 grams Ground lamb
100 grams crumbled Feta
1 egg
1 tsp hot Mustard

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Fry vegetables in oil. Add sage and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Let marinate a few minutes.

For the burgers: Soak the bread in water, then squeeze to remove excess liquid. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Cook onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil until translucent. In a bowl, combine bread, lamb, onion and garlic, feta, egg and mustard. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Form mixture into 8 patties. Fry patties in oil until browned, then mix in vegetables and serve.
