300 milliliters Apple juice (clear)
1 lemon (juiced)
600 grams jam sugar (2: 1)

Preparation steps

Slit vanilla beans and cut each into 3 pieces. Peel kiwis, cut into quarters lengthwise and cut into slices. Combine vanilla and kiwi with apple juice, lemon juice and jam sugar. Place into a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring. Simmer for about 4 minutes and remove from heat. Pour into prepared preserving jars and seal well. Turn upside down and let stand for about 10 minutes. Return to normal position and cool completely. Store in a cool and dark place, serve as needed.
