8 Wooden skewers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse limes and cut into wedges. Mix prawns with coriander, oil and curry. Season with salt and pepper. Marinade for 15 minutes and then remove prawns.

Place prawns on skewers with lime wedges and grill until golden brown on a charcoal grill or grill pan. Serve.
