2 Bream (ready to cook, each about 340 grams)
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped Tarragon
In addition
2 shallots
1 Tbsp butter
1 Lime

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse bream, pat dry and score on both sides several times with a sharp knife. Season inside and out with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Brush with oil ouside and sprinkle with taraggon, sticking some into score marks. 

2.

Grill on oiled hot grill for about 4-6 minutes, turning often.

Peel shallots and cut into rings. Heat butter in a pan and saute shallots until browned.

Arrange shallots on plates and top with fish, garnish with lime slices and serve.
