Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apples, halve, core and chop into smaller pieces. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix with the apple pieces. Freeze for about 30 minutes.

Peel the kiwis and cut into pieces. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and coarsely chop everything. Puree the apple until smooth together with the kiwis, herbs and apple syrup in a blender.

3.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve topped off with sparkling water.
