1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped Nut (almonds, walnuts or hazelnuts)
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
1 cup Sunflower seed
1 cup Pumpkin seed
2 Tbsps maple sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
18 ozs Greek yogurt
9 ozs mixed Berry (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
To serve
Maple syrup

Preparation steps

1.
Toast the oats and nuts in a dry frying pan until lightly golden. Put into a bowl and set aside to cool.
2.
Stir in the seeds, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
3.
Place a layer of the mixture into the base of 4 serving glasses. top with berries, then a layer of yoghurt. Repeat the layers, ending with berries.
4.
Serve drizzled with maple syrup.
