1 red chili pepper (cut into very fine rings)
1 tsp Sea salt
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.
Score crosses in the tops of the figs. Open them up a little and arrange on a platter with the ham.

Grind the chilli in a mortar with the salt and use a pinch to season the figs and the ham. Season with ground black pepper, drizzle with oil and serve.
