Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the peaches briefly in boiling water. Remove from the water and peel. Halve the peaches, remove the stones, and thinly slice.

Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice until smooth. Brush the peach slices with the sugar mixture. Arrange on dessert plates and serve.
