150 grams Coconut yogurt
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
150 grams cream cheese
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
2 Tbsps Coconut flakes
1 packet clear Pie glaze
250 milliliters Apple juice
250 grams honeydew melon
Chestnuts (optional garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Beat both of the yogurts with the cream cheese, powdered sugar and coconut flakes until smooth. Prepare the glaze with the apple juice according to package instructions. Let cool slightly. 

2.

Cut the honeydew melon into small slices. Fill serving glasses about 2/3 of the way with the cream and top with the melon slices. Spoon the cake glaze on top and serve with macarons, if desired.
