3 pcs scallions
6 ozs Emmentaler cheese
3 ½ ozs Cheddar cheese

Preparation steps

Cut bread into diamond shape with a sharp knife, but do not cut through.

Clean the spring onions, wash and cut into thin rings. Cut cheese into small pieces.
