- 4 Anchovy fillet
- 2 onions
- 4 pickled Cucumber
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- 16 Olives (or to taste)
- grated Horseradish
- Mustard
- salt
- peppers
- paprika
- 4 Rye rolls (or brown bread)

Preparation steps
1.
Arrange the beef on four plates in dome shapes. In the middle of each dome, make a well and put an egg in each.
2.
Rinse the anchovies under running cold water. Peel the onions. Finely chop the anchovies, onions, pickled cucumber and capers. Divide accompaniments a mong the plates and serve each with a rye roll.
