Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apricots, cut in half and remove the pits. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the apricots over medium heat on all sides for about 8 minutes. Remove from heat, add the honey and flowers to the pan, then warm gently.

Serve the roasted apricots on plates with the goat cheese.
