1 small dried chili pepper
60 grams Green beans
8 sheets Romaine lettuce
2 Tbsps roasted Shelled peanut
200 grams very fresh Chicken breasts
1 Tbsp Canola oil
1 tsp Raw cane sugar
3 Tbsps Vegetable broth
1 Tbsp Thai fish sauce
2 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps sweet Chili sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Crumble dried chile pepper onto a small plate.

2.

Trim, rinse and cut beans into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) pieces.

3.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce leaves. Chop the peanuts coarsely.

4.

Rinse chicken, pat dry and chop as finely as possible with a large knife.

5.

Heat oil in a wok (or large pan) and cook garlic and chile over medium heat, stirring.

6.

Add chicken and beans and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.

7.

Add sugar, vegetable broth, peanuts, fish sauce and soy sauce to wok and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Divide mixture among lettuce leaves and serve with chili sauce.
