1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp honey

1 Oak leaf lettuce
2 Tomatoes
8 Radish
1 bunch parsley (coarsely chopped)
1 lemon (juice)
1 pinch sugar
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt

Preparation steps

Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Mix chicken well with curry, paprika, turmeric, oil, vinegar and honey and put on skewers. Season salt and grill on all sides on a hot grill, turning occasionally, for 6-8 minutes.

Rinse arugula and oak leaf lettuce for salad. Rinse tomatoes, quarter, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Rinse radishes and halve. In a bowl combine lemon juice and sugar, season with salt and pepper and add oil. Arrange salad on plates, put chicken skewers on top and serve each with a dollop of sour cream.
