4 Chicken legs (trimmed)
4 shallots (halved)
3 cups new potatoes (halved)
0.333 cup olive oil
cup sweet Chili sauce
1 Tbsp white Sesame seeds
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (170° fan)|375F|gas 5.
2.
Toss the chicken, shallots, and potatoes with the olive oil and seasoning in a large roasting tray.
3.
Cover the tray with a sheet of aluminium foil and roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil after 30 minutes and spoon over the chilli sauce, stirring well.
4.
Roast for a further 20 - 25 minutes until glazed before serving with a garnish of sesame seeds.
