Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and cut into wedges. Place in a bowl with oil, sea salt and crushed pepper. Mix well and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Place cocktail tomatoes with olive oil and seasoned with salt in the oven for about 15 minutes.

This dish fits very well with fish.
