- 1 onion
- 2 centimeters ginger
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 300 grams Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp Pastry flour
- 500 milliliters Chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps chopped mint
- salt
- peppers
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 2 tsps Chili powder
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop onion and ginger. Cut leek lengthwise, rinse and cut into thin rings. Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips.

Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onion and ginger for a few minutes. Add chicken strips and saute briefly. Sprinkle with flour and mix well, add chicken stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, yogurt and mint. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
3.
Pour into bowls and season each with about 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder. Serve.
