For the tapenade
200 grams pitted black Olives
15 grams Anchovy fillet
1 tsp Dijon mustard
25 grams Caper
100 milliliters (approximately) olive oil
freshly ground pepper
For the bread
1 small Baguette (250 g or approximately 9 ounces)
mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Coarsely chop olives and anchovies. Add mustard and capers and puree everything with an immersion blender.

Slowly add olive oil until a paste has formed. Season heavily with pepper.
