Preparation

Preparation steps

1.

Clean strawberries, wash and cut into thin slices. Wash the mint and pluck the leaves.

2.

Divide strawberry slices and mint leaves among 12 ice cream molds and top with the coconut water, leaving about 1/4-inch of space at the top.

3.

Place in the freezer for about 1 hour. Then insert the popsicle sticks and let the ice cream freeze through for at least 4 hours.
