Turkey schnitzel consists primarily of high-quality protein and contains hardly any fat. Since a healthy diet also includes unsaturated fatty acids, tomatoes pickled in vegetable oil are added here - which also contain lycopene and other bioactive substances.

Lean meat becomes slightly dry on the grill. Here the schnitzels are filled with pickled tomatoes - so the meat stays wonderfully juicy. The tomato-flavoured oil then provides the perfect complement.
