1 Lettuce (200 grams)
12 shrimp (ready to cook)
2 Red chili peppers
8 Tbsps olive oil
salt

2 tsps spicy Mustard
1 pinch sugar
4 Tbsps White vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the lettuce, spin dry and tear into small pieces. Rinse the chiles, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes.

2.

Rinse the shrimp, pat dry and mix with the chiles in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Saute for 3 - 4 minutes and season lightly with salt.

3.

Mix remaining olive oil with the vinegar and mustard, season with salt and pepper and toss with the salad. Arrange the salad on plates and top with the prawns.
