2 Tbsps Oil
2 Chicken breasts (cut into strips)
0.333 cup Bacon (sliced)
cup Chorizo (sliced)
2 cups Kidney beans (canned and drained)
2 cups White bean (canned and drained)
2 Red onions (diced)
2 cloves garlic cloves (diced)
1 ⅔ cups meat Broth
1 Tbsp tomato puree
1 Tbsp paprika (noble sweet)
salt
freshly ground peppers
cayenne pepper
dried oregano
4 Tbsps Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oil and saute the chicken, bacon and chorizo. Add the garlic and half of the onions and stir in the tomato puree.
2.
Stir in a little broth. Add the paprika and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep adding a little more broth as needed.
3.
Then add the beans and simmer for a further 20 minutes or so. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
4.
Spoon into bowls, scatter with the rest of the onion and sprinkle with a little oregano. Add a spoonful of sour cream to each serving. Serve with tortilla.
