Preparation steps

Rinse lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Cut pitas in half and butter bottom halves. Top with lettuce leaves. Cut feta cheese into slices. Rinse parsley, finely chop, and mix with oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Place feta in the parsley and oil marinade. Rinse and slice tomatoes. Peel onion and slice into thin rings. Divide feta with marinade and tomato slices over lettuce, and top with onion rings.
