Preparation steps

1.

Rinse some beautiful, young radish leaves and pat dry. Rinse the radishes, pat dry and cut into fine strips. Rinse the pear, quarter and core and cut into thin wedges.

2.

Halve the wholemeal rolls and spread each half with cream cheese. Top with radishes and leaves and pear slices. Season with a little salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped pumpkin seeds and chives and serve.
