2 onions (cut into rings)
6 Tbsps Caper (washed and drained)
4 fish fillets (approx. 200 g each, with skin)
4 Tbsps flat-leaf parsley (cut into strips)
8 Lemon wedge

Preparation steps

Heat 4 tbsp oil and the butter in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Add the capers and fry a few minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.

Brush the salmon fillets with a little oil and season with salt and ground black pepper. Grill skin side up for 3-4 minutes. Turn over and grill on the other side for 30 seconds.
3.
Arrange the grilled salmon on plates and drizzle with the caper sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and ground black pepper and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
