Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the herbs. Rinse the peppers, slit lengthwise, and remove the seeds.

Quarter the goat cheese, then divide into the prepared jars with the herbs, peppers, and bay leaves. Cover with the olive oil. Everything should be submerged. Seal tightly, and infuse for 1 week in a cool, dark place.
