- 3 Tbsps butter
- 14 ozs whole-grain Oats
- 2 Tbsps Almond slivers
- ½ Vanilla bean (seeds)
- 1 ½ ozs Pumpkin seed
- 3 Tbsps chopped, peeled Walnut
- 3 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 3 Tbsps water
- 2 ozs dried, chopped Cranberry
- 1 ½ ozs dried, chopped Apricot
Preparation steps

Preheat an oven to 275°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a pot. Mix all the ingredients except for the cranberries and apricots in a large bowl. Mix the butter in and toss to combine.
Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheets. Place in the oven and cook for 35 minutes, until golden brown.
