1 handful Sprout (such as radish sprouts)

1 Baguette (6 oz)
8 slices ham (6-8 oz)

Preparation steps

1.

Whisk honey and mustard until smooth. 

2.

Rinse lettuce leaves and shake dry. Rinse sprouts and drain well.

3.

Cut cheese into slices.

4.

Cut baguette into 4 pieces, halve horizontally and spread with honey-mustard.

5.

Layer bottom halves with lettuce, ham, cheese and sprouts, replace top halves and serve.
