50 grams melted butter
1 splash lemon juice
8 small Sausage

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the husk and silk from the corn and cook  in boiling salted water with a little sugar until tender, about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse, halve, seed, and finely chop the chile and stir into the butter. Season with salt and lemon juice.

Heat the grill to medium and lightly oil the grates. Drain the corn and cut in half crosswise. Place the sausages on a long wooden stick and grill alongside the corn, turning both as they brown until the sausages are cooked through and the corn has browned in spots, 8-10 minutes. Brush corn and sausages with chili butter and serve.
