120 grams Shredded coconut
2 Tbsps ground Pistachio

Preparation steps

1.

From vanilla ice cream, scoop 12 balls and roll in the shredded coconut. Set the freezer for 30 minutes. Then thread 3 balls on each wooden skewer and very briefly put on a hot grill, turning.

To serve, place the skewers on a plate immediately, sprinkle with the pistachios and garnish with mint.
