1 chicken (ready to cook, 1,2 kg)
2 eggs
1 generous pinch ground paprika
50 grams Pastry flour
100 grams breadcrumbs
Fat (for frying)
Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chicken, pat dry, divide into 8 parts and remove skin. Mix eggs with paprika and season with salt and pepper. Place egg mixture, flour and breadcrumbs in separate shallow plates.

Roll chicken pieces first in flour, then in egg mixture and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry chicken in a pan in hot oil until golden brown for 10-12 minutes. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with potato salad and mustard, if desired.
