Preparation steps

Mix breadcrumbs with poppy seeds.

Dredge Camembert first in flour, then dip in beaten egg and finally coat in breadcrumb mixture. Press to help breading adhere. In a skillet, fry Camembert in hot oil until golden-brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with a fresh green salad and cranberries.
