Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F) convection. Butter a baking sheet. Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry with paper towels and cut diagonally into slices. Season with salt and pepper on all sides. Rinse the figs and cut into strips. Layer the dough sheets over each other and brush each layer with butter.

Place chicken, figs, ham and feta in thin slices in the middle of the filo sheets and fold in the dough edges to form a packet. Brush the packet with butter and bake in the oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
