20 King prawn (ready to cook, deveined and peeled down to the tail segment)

2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 egg whites
150 grams Shredded filo dough

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse prawns, pat dry and season with salt and chili powder. Drizzle with lemon juice. Whisk egg whites in a bowl and fold shrimp into egg whites.

2.

Wrap each shrimp with Kadyif dough. Heat oil in a pot until about 170°C (approximately 350°F) and fry prepared shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve.
