½ bunch parsley
3 Tomatoes
200 grams cooked chicken
lemon juice
1 Avocado
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut avocado lengthwise, remove the core, remove the pulp with a spoon, cut into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.

2.

Rinse tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into small cubes.

3.

Cut the corn kernels from the cob and chop.

4.

Tear the chicken into small pieces.

5.

Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves and finely chop.

6.

Mix together all the ingredients except the tortillas. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.

7.

Warm the tortillas for 2-3 minutes under the grill. Fill the tortillas with the chicken mixture and serve with hot-pepper sauce to taste.
